for Courses

Refunds and course transfers can be issued up to 48 hours before the course commences. Refunds and transfers to other courses are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed, unless the vacant space can be filled. In the event that the course cannot proceed for any reason, a transfer will be offered.

WhatsApp groups will be established for each individual course group, with each student required to consent to participation. These groups serve to document progress throughout the course via content, performances, images, and videos. However, any images and videos shared within the group are strictly prohibited from being used on social media or any other platforms.

Attendance is paramount. If an attendee misses two or more classes of a course, it will be at the teacher's discretion whether they can participate in the final show.

Classes are intended for recreational purposes only. Studio4 All Dance does not guarantee a career in the entertainment sector.

Studio4 All Dance maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate behaviour, including verbal abuse, aggressive behaviour, or physical abuse of any nature. Individuals engaging in such conduct will be promptly asked to leave the course with no refund provided.

Studio4 All Dance cannot be held accountable for any personal loss or damage incurred. For lost property, please contact the venue where the class was conducted.

The course fee covers the 5-week duration of the course. The end-of-course show is an additional feature coordinated by Cabaret Boheme, which reserves the right to modify the show's format if necessary. In the event that the show cannot proceed, alternative arrangements will be made.​

A 48 hour cancellation period applies to all our classes.

Classes cannot be refunded or swapped after the 48 hour cut off point (no exceptions).

ALL CLASSES ARE BOOKED AT THE STUDENTS RISK. The studio is not accountable for cancellations past the 48 hour cut off point.

If you are late to the class you will may not be able to take part, this will be at the instructors discretion, therefore you won't be able to make up the class another time or be refunded.

At Studio4 All Dance, we work with a variety of highly qualified instructors to deliver our classes. While we aim to maintain consistency with the same instructor for each class, there may be occasions where a different teacher is assigned. This ensures flexibility and the continued delivery of high-quality instruction.​

Class passes are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

Class passes and subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased.

Timetable Changes

Studio4 All Dance reserves the right to update class timetables.

Class Cancellations

In the unlikely event that Studio4 All Dance cancels a class, a refund will be issued.

For customers using a class pass, the session will be credited back to their account.
